​James A. Sarna, Esq. has been practicing law since 1990 and has focused his attention on corporate formation, helping entrepreneurs form and grow their businesses, from initial ideas to success stories, to realizing the full value of their endeavors and making sure that they enjoy the fruits of their labors.  His corporate clients have included doctors and lawyers, restaurateurs, event design and production companies, trucking and warehousing businesses, and many others.  Whether you are a "Mom & Pop" enterprise or a multimillion dollar company with multiple locations, James will put his experience to work for you.

 

James has extensive experience working on financial insolvency and restructuring matters, and has worked on some of the largest and most sophisticated cases including the Rockefeller Center bankruptcy, airline bankruptcies, professional firm dissolutions and debt settlements, and complex insolvency and recovery litigations in courts in New York, New Jersey, Maine, Pennsylvania, Delaware and Washington, D.C.

James has recently concluded his service as the Acting Justice for the Village of Upper Nyack and continues to serve as the trustee of several private trusts with assets of several million dollars.   

 

James works closely with financial advisors, investment brokers, and Trusts and Estates counsel to help individuals manage and preserve their assets and pass them on to others in a financially efficient manner.
